Same-day, showed up on time, fixed the fridge. That's it. Five stars.

My Samsung fridge stopped cooling on a Friday before a long weekend. They came Saturday morning. Start relay. Had it fixed before we lost everything in the freezer. Actually saved us a few hundred dollars in groceries.

Tech diagnosed the washer as a failed door latch rather than the control board I was dreading. Considerably cheaper. He showed me how the latch mechanism works so I'd understand what failed and why.

Quick, clean, no mess. Dishwasher drains now. Would call again.
