To cancel an appointment, we require at least 3 business hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Same-day appointments cannot be cancelled — no exceptions.
Cancellations must be made by speaking directly with a live agent. Once confirmed, you will receive a cancellation code over the phone. Do not leave a voicemail — a cancellation is only valid when confirmed by an agent and a code has been issued.
Failure to comply with this policy — including same-day cancellations or no-shows — will result in a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD + applicable tax. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
If you need to cancel and it is outside of business hours, do not leave a voicemail. Call back during business hours to speak with an agent and receive your cancellation code.
